The 2nd UNESCO-APEID meeting on Entrepreneurship Education was held in Hangzhou on March 26 and 27, 2013. The meeting was co-organized by UNESCO Asia and the Pacific Regional Bureau for Education, the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, the UNESCO Chair in Entrepreneurship Education at Zhejiang University and the Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics. Representatives from UNESCO Bangkok and the World Bank Indonesia, and participants from 11 Asian and Pacific countries discussed and communicated on the topic of “the responsibility of stakeholders in entrepreneurship education”, “principles of sustainable entrepreneurship education” and “elements of entrepreneurship education in Asia and the Pacific”. As one of the key outcomes, an Entrepreneurship Education Net (EE-Net) was formulated and launched at this meeting.
