    On September 23, 2013, Professor Michael Donovan and Professor Gareth Jones from the Sports Department, UW visited and discussed mutual cooperation with our department of Physical Education. In recent years, the University of Worcester is one of the fastest growing universities in UK. Last May, the Department of Physical Education delegation visited and built an initial relationship.
    For this recent visit, Professor Lin Xiaomei accompanied Professor Donovan and Professor Jones to watch Wushu and rhythmic gymnastics performances at the Xixi campus stadium which received high evaluations from the UW professors. They also visited the department museum to understand more about the physical department’s history, present research, teaching and training.
    After the visit, both sides engaged in optimistic discussion concerning graduate student education programs, exchange programs between faculty and students, research collaboration and cooperation, and short-term summer camps. This visit will bring further cooperation development between Zhejiang University and the University of Worcester.
